Yoga Music – New Album

Thanks Darren – Yoga Central… While we have a long way to go, since my accident in January 2014 where I suffered over 20 fractures in my back, the personal care to ensuring a carefully managed recovery program has been, I believe, instrumental to the speed of my recovery. It is now May and I am already back on the bike and playing golf, albeit very carefully in both instances.
